Terms and Conditions
Saturday is arrival day and you can move into your chalet from 2 pm!
The chalet has been checked and thoroughly cleaned which is why we ask for a security deposit that will be given back to you in the week following your stay after verification of the inventory.

You are requested to leave the chalet at 10 am on the day of departure.


There are raclette and fondue machines at your disposal.

There is heating all season.  Private parking.

The chalets must be occupied by the number of people as stated on the booking form.

A child counts as one person.


The number of occupants must not exceed 4 people, if this happens the property owner has the right to cancel the rental contract.

No animals of any kind are allowed in the chalet.

For reasons of comfort and security, it is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet.

The reservation becomes effective when the owner receives the deposit corresponding to 30 % of the rental charge and a signed copy of the contract.


The balance of the rental charge should be paid on arrival, the security deposit will be reimbursed in the week following departure, less any eventual deduction after the inventory check.



Any cancellation must be notified by letter and have a justifiable reason.


The total amount of the reservation will be refunded if the chalet is relet for the same period.


In the 24 hours after the date of arrival, the owner has the right to cancel the booking if the holidaymaker does not arrive.


On arrival and departure, an inventory of all the equipment in the chalet will be made by the property owner and the holidaymaker.


The chalet contains furniture, kitchen equipment, bed linen conforming to the description.


The holidaymaker is responsible for all the items mentioned in the inventory and undertakes to reimburse the cost of any items in the case of repair or loss.

The holidaymaker should report any breakages or damage caused during the holiday.

The holidaymaker agrees to leave the chalet in the same state of order and cleanliness as on arrival.

The holidaymaker must be adequately insured to cover any type of damage he might be responsible for.

The holidaymaker has the use of the whole property and equipment rented.

The rental period starts and finishes on the dates indicated in the rental contract.

The holidaymaker, signatory of the current contract, cannot in any circumstances procure any rights to stay in the property following the rental period.


The rental contract concluded between the present parties can in no circumstances benefit a third party unless the owner is in agreement.


The holidaymaker undertakes to report any dysfunction of the services.

The holidaymaker undertakes to maintain the peaceful character of the rented property and to use it solely for the purpose of a holiday.
